Every extension transformation begins with a personalized consultation. During this appointment, we will discuss your hair goals, evaluate your natural hair, and determine the best method for you.
Because I'm certified in five extension methods, each install is completely customized to ensure the most natural, comfortable, and long-lasting result.
New Client Consultation form
This consultation is recommended for all new clients who are unsure what to book for or are wanting a color change, blending service, or extensions.
During this consultation, we will discuss your hair history, hair goals, maintenance, pricing, and create a plan to achieve your desired results while maintaining the health of your hair.
Please arrive with clean, dry hair and inspiration photos if possible.
Consultations typically take 15-30 minutes.
Extension Consultation Form
A consultation is required for all new extension clients.
During this consultation, we will color match your hair, choose the best extension method for your hair type and lifestyle, determine how many rows, or packs are needed, go over maintenance and home care, and discuss total pricing.
Extension hair must be purchased at the consultation to secure your installation appointment. Hair is custom ordered and all hair purchases are non-refundable. The installation service will be paid for at the installation appointment.
Consultations typically take 15-30 minutes. Please arrive with clean, dry hair and inspiration photos if possible.
Chemical Service Consultation Form
This consultation is recommended for guests wanting blonding services, color services, color corrections, Brazilian Blowouts, or major color changes.
During this consultation, we will go over your hair history, current hair condition, desired results, maintenance, and pricing. Some services may require multiple appointments to achieve your desired result while keeping your hair healthy.
This consultation ensures we book the correct amount of time and use the correct products for your hair.
