Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100 % of the scheduled service. IF your arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Chemical Service Policy

The health and integrity of your hair is my top priority. All chemical services are customized for each guest based on your hair history, current condition, and desired results. In some cases, achieving your desired result may require multiple appointments to maintain the health of your hair.

Please be honest when filling out your consultation form regarding box color, previous color, keratin treatments, relaxers, medications, hard water, or any other chemical services, as this can affect the outcome of your service. I am not responsible for unexpected results due to undisclosed hair history.

Chemical services are not guaranteed if your hair is compromised. If I feel that a service would damage your hair, I may refuse or modify the service to protect the integrity of your hair.

Results may vary depending on your starting hair color, previous color history, and overall hair health. Inspiration photos are helpful, but results cannot be guaranteed to look exactly the same due to differences in natural hair color, density, and texture.

All chemical services are non-refundable. However, if you have any concerns with your hair, please contact me within 7 days so I can make necessary adjustments.

Extension Policy

A consultation is required for all new extension clients. Extension hair must be purchased at the consultation to reserve your installation appointment. All extension hair is custom ordered and in non-refundable. Maintenance appointments are required to maintain the health of your natural hair and extensions. I am not responsible for the longevity of your extensions if proper home care and professional products are not used.

Beaded row and I-tip extensions must be over up every 6-8 weeks.

Tape-in extensions must be removed and reinstalled every 6-8 weeks.

K-tip extensions are worn for 3-6 months and then removed completely and replaced with new hair.

I am not responsible for matting, tangling, or damage caused be lack of maintenance, improper home care, or use of non-professional products.

Payment Policy

All services are non-refundable. Due to the time, products, and custom work involved, I do not offer refunds on services rendered.

However , your satisfaction is very important to me. If your are unhappy with your hair for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so I can schedule a time to make any necessary adjustments.

Adjustments are only complimentary within 7 days of the original appointment and are not valid if you have seen another stylist or altered the hair yourself. After 7 days, any additional services will be considered a new appointment and will be charged accordingly.

Late Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply. This ensure I stay on time and provide the best experience for all guests.
